Aerial connection on Bolero

Featured Replies

I have just tried fitting my new Columbus in place of the Bolero only to find that the twin connector on the Bolero which is just two metal pins is different from the Columbus which has the pins enclosed in a plastic connector. Can anyone point me in the right direction for an adaptor.

Hasn't anyone upgraded from a Bolero to a Columbus. The two connections on the back of the Bolero are two single pins onto which a fakra plug fits. The back of the Columbes has the two pins housed in a plastic connector so the fakra doesn't fit,. What's the solution.

It doesn't appear to have been a common mod, probably because most of us are driving cars that are still under warranty, so we aren't into the "meddling" stage yet.

You might be better asking in the ICE section, which can be found further down the Forum, as I expect it has been done in other models.
