I assume it's the comp wheel that's gone. If the internal profile of the housing hasn't been badly damaged by the shrapnel it could be rebuilt with stronger internals, like a hybrid

Remove turbo, inspect for damage, ensure theres none in the rest of the engine/intercooler

Then put a hybrid on uprate the clutch and go stage 2

make sure all pipe work and intercooler and properly clean before fitting.... there are specialist companies that clean intercoolers should you want it doing proper
