oil and filter change seems to be order of the day(clean GREEN air filter),and as i'm saving a wedge of dough,i may throw a few more goodies at the car.

how easy is the pollen filter to do?V cost V worth doing?

plugs will be checked and replaced if need be.

ahhh brake fluid .didn't think of that,cheers.super dot 4 it is then,any dnager with cross contamination?or just flush a litre or two through?

i know a very nice man with VAG_COM,so theres no onboard way of doing ala older VAG motors? bugger,but no big deal.

You can reset the service light by the buttons on the dash, check your manual or have a search about.

Pollen filter is 5 min job, piece of cake.
