I have a spare used interior ultratronic sensor for the alarm - comes with the three sensors and the control module. Can also be supplied with a grey roof panel that this sensors clip into and then into the headlining (although one clip on the panel is broken - it does still fit in fine though).

Fits a 2006/2007 Octavia (Mk2 pre-FL) and probably others as well. I have scanned it with VCDS and it has not shown any problems and I've tested it and it does set off the alarms.
