Followed my ex-car for 30 miles down the A12 today.

Quite a surprise, but you can't miss it.

It's now back on the stock suspension and rims. Only they are now black.

I have to say that if I was looking for a car in the Rapid's price range I would have one.

Lowered with 35 section tyres it felt quite sporty and cornered well due to the small engine.

Plus the amount of interior space and the surprisingly large boot do make it a very practical car around the £12-£14k price range.

But the simple fact is it's outclassed by my Yeti in every way other than boot space.

Which is exactly as you'd expect considering my Yeti cost £11,000 more...

A nearly new Rapid does give amazing value/space for money.

The simple fact is I got it on a bit of a whim and enjoyed having it.

It's a lot of car for the money once you've negotiated a decent discount. ;)

Lol :)
