no matter how many times i set my seat as followed in the handbook,when i get back in after the misses its never goes back to were i had it set.anybody had this problem? paul.

You're not pressing the SET button before the number when you get in after the missus, are you?

Without "ignition on" you must keep your "seat number" pressed. Or switch the ignition and then press your seat briefly once and it should adjust itself to the desired position. Of course assuming you programed your seat properly before .

Also, have you assigned one of the possitions to your key? If yes, which one?

I have the same problem. Not sure what you mean joziko.

I have adjusted the seat to my requirements, pressed set and then memory 1. I get the ding confirmation. However when i re enter the car the seat is at the correct height, but the seat back has reclined a bit.

How do I overcome this please.

I meant, that you can assign your seat setting to your car key, so when you open the car, seat will move to your desired position. If you happen to assign a wrong setting to your key, it will move to that wrong one and it might look like the system doesn't work.

entered car.

seat wasn't in correct position.

pressed memory

seat came to correct possition.

made short journey and parked.

locked car whilst watching seat.... nothing moved

came back to car and unlocked, whilst watching seat.... nothing moved.

got into car.

seat back had reclined but height was correct

baffled!

I have had this problem I found that as I got out of the car my leg depressed the seat edge which pushed the seat back slightly height was never effected

I think I solved mine.

Previously I'd set my preference in memory 2.

I changed it to memory 1, and after I'd been to the Moon and parrot to see The Villa boys humiliated by Man u,, seemed ok.

Lets face it ... appart from Van Persie they are a one man team. (apart from Rooney, Giggs, Valencia, Carrick. Jones Evans, De Geha etc etc.)
