Need some BHP advice!

Featured Replies

Right be nice as i am new.

I have been on car forums in the past but i have haven’t posted on this one yet so here we go.

I need some help on identifying if my car is mapped or not i have owned the car nearly 3 years and love it but am starting to do a few mods and want to check a few things before i go any further.

Below is a print out from a rolling road day i went to with a previous club. Now if u ask me the max BHP is a bit more than i expected, is this normal or is my car mapped?

I would say yes to being mapped?

Hard to say, there are a few who've been dyno'd standard and getting 145-155Bhp unmapped. I'm guessing yours has a BLT engine? I'm going to put my neck on the line and say it's unmapped and you ran on an optimistic dyno.

Remapped for sure.

Yep its a BLT and some very mixed reviews. Has anyone got any printouts to compare??

I'm with lee on this one. Unmapped optimistic dyno

My BLT was dyno'd at 145bhp pre remap. After was 175bhp.
