Sometimes i am getting weird tapping noise from passenger side i think its comming. Any ideas

Recirculating flaps on the air system. Press the ECON and lower left button of the 4 together to reset it. It will run through a cycle making all sorts of noises.

Try and see.

There's a solenoid attached half way along the LH wing for collection of fumes, it taps every few seconds

Lol thats made me laugh. Actually when i was test driving it i noticed this noise but thought that the salesman made this noise.

Anyway will try the trick with econ. How long do i need to leave it on like that?

Was busy today getting my rear windows tinted. Looks mint now. Nearly parsuaded to get front done as well but decided to hang on.

It only last a few seconds and will go back to normal once the cycle is complete.

Gregie, its i didnt get it which button should i lower it? The passenger side temperature controller?

Tapping noise is back! When i do this trick to re position flaps, it disappears for a day, next morning all over again. I can live it it i am sure but would prefer not

You should have it fixed. It would drive me bonkers.

i just the radio louder now lol. We'll might drop a line to the dealers see what they say.
