Good spot.

Regrettably also a reason I don't delete anything, never know when the powers that be might ask for something from a while ago.

I would guess that insurance companies also take an interest in what is posted on forums from time to time.

....and so do Customer services and Dealers.

I know of warranties being made void as a result of posting your engine mods in Forums

Excellent, serves the lying ******* right

Maybe that will put others off wriggling in future :)

When I went on a warranty course, the tutor told us of the time when he threw out a warranty claim for an engine after seeing pictures of the car on a track in a local paper.

Serves him right.

He certainly isn't the first, and won't be the last to get caught this way. He did compound his stupidity by perverting the Courts as well.

Posting anything "dodgy" on YouTube is fraught with danger. I know of at least 3 Section 59 Notices that have been issued to people who have shown themselves to be driving a 4x4 not on a Right of Way, and all reported by other 4x4 drivers.

I dual posted whoops (i've now locked with link to hear at bottom) but link to the thread the moron posted on there :giggle:
