    Thing is now, if you are coming in and paying on the gate, you might as well add yourself to the clubstand only list. ;)  I have enough room for 50 cars or so.

    Yeah, I am seeing Friday rain, Saturday dry.  So the circuit if dry should also be washed :D

    I'll have my track wheels in the boot.  Will have two virgin kumho semi slicks on the front to scrub in ready for Oulton Park next month. :)

    Are you using the ecsta v70a Jase? Did you go for the medium compound?

    Well I've searched everywhere and despite my very best attempts

    I am unable to purchase a white alcantara upholstered rubber ring.

    (one must co-ordinate dahhlings) They simply don't exist :(

     

    The reason I didn't snap up one of the remaining places was simply because by the

    time they came up, my operation was booked and I couldn't be sure I'd be well

    enough. Shame really as rain is expected and my car doesn't really handle any differently  

    in the wet. And the session in the wet would be kinder to my tyres as well.

     

    I'm still under doctors orders not to drive until I feel like I could make an emergency

    stop without ripping anything. Sadly, that day hasn't arrived yet, and even if I feel

    better next Saturday, i wouldn't want to be on a race track when I discover that a bit

    more recovery time is in order. If I'm feeling really brave, I might swing on down to  

    Macdonalds in the Kangoo on Saturday morning for a bacon Mcmuffin and to say

    hello (and see Nickys RS5 :p ). I'm so sick of eating bloody soup.
