Well I did have one last consideration of another Skoda but there didn't seem a great enthusiasm to retain me as a customer of the brand, in terms of cost to change I'm afraid I couldn't find anything at our local Skoda dealers that would come close to the deal I got on the new beast...........so I'm now driving a peugeot 406 hdi saloon. It's 9 months old so there's plenty of warranty, the dealer is about 3 miles away. So I've gone from an ambulance to a taxi I know there is no guarantee that the peugeot dealer will be any better than the local Skoda dealers, but at least it's close by. I know the 406 is an old model and due for change that's why the one i've got has lost 40% of its list price in just 9 months :eek: Hopefully the depreciation curve will level out now. Anyway at least you wont have to put up with me groaning about about my Skud any more:D
