Ok, I spoke to my dealer today and he said my car is being built in week 21, if I am not mistaken we are in Week 20 now and Week 21 begins this Monday. My dealer however said, Week 21 which is the beginning of June (Skoda say week 21 and he worked it out to be the week of the 1st June). Now, has he got his dates wrong and Week 21 is indeed this Monday or is Week 21 in Skoda world different from the real calendar world? Advice from my friends on here would be most helpful, thank you!

My build week was 21, but was brought forward to week 20 which I was told was this week. So that would make week 21 next week. This info was all from my dealer.

Thank you Pumatron, perhaps the first week of June is the expected delivery date then? If not the delivery date, I don't know where he got June from!

I bet you're excited as I should imagine it's already been built, what spec did you go for?

I found out today that I have build week 23 and should get the car at the end of June, so probably the week before my current company car is due to go back - perfect. I think the order finally went in (via a lease company) on 29th April.

The waiting is in this case, is the hardest the part.... I just want it.....

Well if your build week is 23 and you should get it the end of June week 21 should be beginning of June I guess!?

My build week was 17, and as of last Friday it was still at the port on the other side of the north sea, so hopefully either already in Grimsby or on the boat this week. The dealer says it can also sometimes take upto a week to get transported in the uk so typically 4-5 weeks from build week to get through to the dealer. My current lease car goes on 31 May so fingers crossed I take delivery on 1st June :happy:

Just heard from my dealer that my car has only just arrived "at a German port" will be an estimated 2 - 3 weeks before it arrives with him.

Mine was there, Enden I think the port is called, this time last week so hopefully be nearer the 2 weeks for you!

Vindis Skoda rang me yesterday to say, my car is now built & has left the factory & is in transit to the port of Emden Germany!!

Unfortunately, got to wait until 1st June cos The Berb in on lease until 31st May :(
