I had the ford focus st intercooler fitted before.

Just wondering if anyone has fitted it before?

I have an EGR delete and dovit pipe ready to fit so it shouldn't be that hard to fit. Just a few 90 and 45 degree elbows to connect up to the current system. Plus is twin pass which is ideal for my Fabia vrs mk1.

I don't think I have that much to do to it. Maybe get some brackets made up for the top and bottom of the coolers mounting points

Where did you find the extra space from? I make it about an inch too thick to slip between the aircon and the bumper bar.

I didnt put it behind it i cut the crash bar as i wanted full exposure i havd pics in this section under reidy vrs

hmm maybe this one is a bit big then :/ They other option is the on you have reidy but IMO that's tiny for the space you have.

Might go for a 550 x 225 x 64 and just route the pipes round each side of the engine.

Mines is big enough the turbos are tiny and it made good power on the dyno with it so im happy just dnt see the need for a massive 1 lol

What I'm getting at is you said its the "exact same" as yours when it's not. I need to see if this one will actually fit with its size etc

most of them universal ones will fit, there will just be a bit of crash bar cutting out to do.
