I'm selling my Octavia vRS – 53 plate, colour is Black Magic as you can see from the photos

72,000mls, owned since 2005 & 13,000mls, main dealer and VW/Audi specialist serviced (all receipts), one previous owner, MoT till Sep 13, tax till Mar 14.

Wheels just refurbed, acid dipped, painted & lacquered

Engine has run with no problems except water pump impeller cracking at ~55,000mls. Water pump, cambelt & tensioner and thermostat replaced at that time

Two working keys go with the car

Standard features are:- Aircon (working, never needed any attention); ABS, ASR (Auto Skid Reduction), Reversing sensors (factory fit); Front & rear low-vis lights; OEM front headlight covers, Skoda radio/cass/six CD changer; trip computer, half leather interior, fold-down rear seats, high level brake light, all five seats have headrests

Anything wrong with it? A tiny crease in the front drivers door and rear passenger door; the front spoiler has got gravel rash on the offside and a small crack, the drivers seatbelt stalk needs the button pressing down to fit the belt catch (common problem with VW/Audi stuff this age), the low fuel warning lamp is dimmer than it used to be (audible warning still sounds at 30mls range).

It’s been a brilliantly reliable and fun car for the money – sad to see it go but I’ve got twins learning to drive and not enough money to run this while buying them cars

I thought I'd post up the invoices for servicing and MoT's which back up the low mileage much better than a service record in my mind. I've got all MoT certificates and a small number of receipts for bits I've had to buy - which really isn't many, things like a hazard indicator switch, a couple of door mirror glasses, a battery, tyres, etc. These go back to 2005 when I bought the car. Not a gripping read I'm afraid but evidence of a well looked after car.
