Tracking Order

Featured Replies

Found this website (http://www.trackmyskoda.co.uk/) that says it can track orders. Haven't checked it my-self, going to call dealer for order number, but if any-one of you here has got order number, it is worth checking.

Website does say that it is IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CUSTOMERS ordering from vision Skoda Fleet (Business Sales), Rainworth Skoda (Nottinghamshire) & Bickerton Skoda (South Yorkshire)

Unless you have ordered from either of the 2 above you won't be able to see any progress on the car.

I have to say that I have never been so comprehensively kept up to date on progress as I have been by Sparshatts Skoda, I've had emails when the car is going to be built, when it left the factory, when it arrived in the UK and when it finally arrived at the dealers. I don't know whether this is specified by Skoda (the car is my first Skoda) or just the dealer but I am very impressed. If the after sales attention to detail is as good then I will be another Happy Skoda Owner

That's good service from your dealer. I placed my order on 20th May and i want to make some changes to order. Dealer advised me that he need to check with Skoda factory if it is possible, but hasn't come back to me yet. He said that it will be only possible if order hasn't got build date.

I found that out - the only issue I had with Sparshatts was they advised me at time of order that I would have around three weeks to change the spec, when I phoned them after two weeks as I wanted to add the Canton sound system I was told as the car now had a build date I was too late to alter the spec. Ah well, £400 saved!

Ah ! I want to do the same. Dealer offered me Auto Glym for free which is worth £300 , reviews on this forum, online and colleagues at work are not that great for auto glym. So, want to change that to Canton Sound System by paying extra £100.

The Autoglym Lifeshine is a complete waste of money. We had this done on my wife's Honda Jazz, the water stopped beading after only 3 months which is the indication that the treatment is u/s. if you read the instructions Autoglym advise you to re wax twice a year - in which case you might as well wax the car yourself from new! Dealers push it hard -Sparshatts automatically included it on my order - because they make a huge margin on this product.

For the same money I have a professional detailer who spends a full day washing, claying, pre wax, wax, full internal valet, clean and feed the leather and treat the tyres for the same money using top of the range Zymol products. And it lasts far longer!

Dealer informed me that Skoda systems are down and will call me back on Monday. He thinks the build week for my car is 26 (Which is in 3 weeks time) but cant confirm as the systems are down . He will check with factory on Monday.

Had Autoglym lifeshine on my L&K in June 2011 Still as good as when it was put on Still beads very well.

Will wait for dealer to come back on Monday. I doubt if they are going to change the order.
