how easy is it to wrap spoiler

Featured Replies

Hey guys and girl just a question how easy is it to wrap a spoiler with it still on the car? Much love x

Are you sat in the car as well? If so I'm not gonna lie, this could be a challenge.

In 1 piece, I would say pretty impossible unless your a pro!

Not in 1 piece mate. In pieces it would be quite easy I would have thought.

Good luck with your splitter, I would have wrapped mine if I could guarantee that it wouldn't get damaged when I catch it.

I just wrapped my spoiler the other day attached to the car. I have no previous wrapping experience and limited patience. I only did it because no matter how bad a job I do it looks way better than a flaky laquer peeling spoiler. Took about 25 mins and I'm very pleased overall. The top and sides look good with a couple of small creases but underneath is quite wrinkly. I used about £8 worth of wrap off eBay compared to £70 quoted by a pro. However my advice would be GO PRO. you only get what you pay for in life.

Started wrapping my splitter earlier and it was more difficult then i expected

i ended up wrapping just the middle section of it and leaving the sides, it looks good, going to fit in later

the part that i wrapped was what the part that i sanded down and smoothed because it was scuffed, so the wrap completely covers that :)

i'll post a pic when it's on the car in a few hours

how does that even come close to answering the question? :wall:
