...the Octy III train just keeps on rolling on....mine was Build Week 17, and I'm starting to feel soooo last month already!!!

Dealer told me today that mine is still in Emden. Where is that ship??

If you feel so last month, how do you thing I feel having picked mine up two months ago!!! My countdown is not to it's arrival now but to it's appointment with the body shop .... 12 days to go!!!

Bit annoyed at my dealer, car is on transporter headed for the dealership, shouldn't they have phoned me to say? I only found out because I gave Skoda UK a call as my dealer never seems to answer

My Dealer is also worse. This is my 2nd car with them, but no service at all. Sales rep promised a phone call on Tuesday this week, but no call. Instead of waiting i called Skoda UK who confirmed that my car is being built next week.

They are not getting any more orders from me...

Same, I think I will use a different dealer from now on, it's not hard to phone someone who has just spent £20k on something to keep him/her happy, it's crazy!

Sorry to hear you're having the same experience dellfan, I'm half tempted to complain!

Well when i take my car delivery i am going to give them feedback (Even if they don't ask for feedback) and i am also going to say that this is my last order from them. I think Skoda UK need to maintain a dealers complain log, and blacklist those who have higher complains ratio or even cancel there dealership.

Good idea! I had a problem with them when I took my car to be serviced, they didn't say they did courtesy cars and I didn't think to ask so I was waiting in town for hours, I then phoned them to see how it was going and they had finished, It'd been sitting there and they hadn't phoned me to say!

The only reasons I got my Octavia for them is because I really want the Octavia and they're the closest dealership, I am sad about the poor service!

This time my salesman is very unhelpful with information.

I think that I should speak to his manager after collecting my Skoda. This is my second car ordered here - Jewsons Skoda Oxford.

Last time was excellent - no communication problems. I was informed about progress once a week almost.

This time is different salesman and I never get any information without chasing him.

Hopefully my car will be delivered soon. Yesterday I chased them again and he told me that should be ready after next few days.

Will see.

Your delivery time is still within the time my order took, I ordered 19 March and took delivery 3 June, hang on in there, the waiting is almost over... :sun:

Probably yes. Jewson is a part of Ridgeway group and as far as I know they have separate fleet department.

Generally I'm really happy with this particular dealer. Just this salesman isn't what I expected. Last time as I mentioned was far better and I was really happy man.

My salesman promises calls emails they never happen ,worst service I have ever had ! Bought fiats,bmw,audi,landrover,never had this poor service from any of them,I thinking of not getting them to service it as I just don't get there customer Service or lack of it !
