Any pics of Black would be great or any offer colour that might tempt me

Im afraid I dont have any pics of my engine bay, as I have only had my VRS just over 2 weeks. But that is one very tidy looking engine bay mate

Nice authentic grubby look buddy  bet you have taken lot's of time to perfect that...

The use of a cable tie to hold down the reservoir and the coil pack hold down stickers wins it for me.. :giggle:

Black crackle rocks.

thought you might like the colour on those stickers :D cost me £20 for a set of four, of course they came with some silly 2.0T mk6 coil packs attached, I did think about just transferring them to the Hitachi bolt down ones but it was too big a job so just swapped the coil packs as well. Those stickers work just as well as the bolts on the Hitachi ones, not had a coil pack lift yet and only just checked the plug gaps after 6 ish months of running as opposed to every month before.

the cable tie is a speed fit thing. That stupid metal plate was annoying and when the bolt downs came off it just had to go. As I always have cable ties in the car its never a problem :D

woo hoo post number 2013 :p

Ok who has a spare one so i can mess with and paint up , and if not liking can put my shinny one back on....

PM me folks

Must admit, been meaning to get a spare one myself. I got a powder coating system for chrimbo last, but due to living in a poxy cardboard box flat with no drive or garage, I got nowhere to put an old oven to bake stuff. I wanna podercoat mine blue (got black/red/candy blue powders)
