Some interest was expressed regarding attending the BTCC and making use of At Pole Positions Hospitality in October, I'll contact Steff and see what he can do for us in terms of cost. The package will be the same as the recent DTM event as below:

Entrance to the circuit and suite, VIP parking

buffet menu with breakfast, lunch and afternoon cakes and cheese board

Complimentary Alcohol bar

Official race day programme per 2 guests

Music and live feed commentary and track side live feed TV

Morning papers

I anticipate the cost to be similar to the DTM event which was £85 per person. Those that attended the DTM will I'm sure, wax lyrically about the excellent value for money this presents, not withstanding once paid for you do not need to spend another penny at the circuit

I think this will be a cracking day out, but I suspect it's already getting full up.

Thanks all, just so you all know if there is only limited tickets available then I'm afraid its the first with the money that get's them, the fairest and least complicated way of doing things (imo) hope thats ok for all. I'm still awaiting a response will post up asap once sorted.

Yep Bossfox guessed right, the suite is full, I've a contact number for another which I'll call on monday.

Contacted the other suite owner this morning, supposed to have contacted or emailed me this afternoon, no show as yet, disappointing, one of my pet hates..promising to do things and not following them through.

..heyho..

The other suite owner didn't come back to me and so perhaps isn't interested in giving the same terms as Steff, flexible number of places, good price, flexibility on payment arrangements etc, so I'm not going to persue this, its also a bit ignorant in my book. II'll make arrangements with Steff for the BTCC for next season if there is some interest.

Thats a shame! oh well, till next year it is!
