FC Superb is now offered in 170bhp with DSG and 4X4

As it says in the topic title

I would rather have the manual 170 4x4 not sure why this model has been deleted, I am also not sure if the 140 with 4x4 will be powerful enough as I already have the 170 4x4 manual I was looking to replace this car with the same spec only with the facelift. I face the choice of 140 4x4 manual or the 170 4x4 DSG I am stuck with which way to do go, any advice would be welcome.

I had never owned an automatic until this Superb. I tow a heavy caravan with the car and have had no problems with the DSG in nearly 80,000 miles, and now prefer it to a manual. I am now swapping to a 170 4x4 DSG to help with the towing. I agree the 140 may be a little lacking after being spoilt with a 170

I dont think you can get a 4x4 manual at all anymore, just looked and they've pulled the 140 manual off the configurator.

The 140 4x4 is still available but only in manual, the 170 4x4 is only available in DSG

Yes, you're quite right. I just need to read properly :)

Still sucks they killed the 170 4x4 manual.
