Clutch issue?

I have a problem that has just started over the last few days. My clutch is fine whilst driving but when I initially start the car, release the handbrake and lift the clutch the front of the car raises slightly as though the handbrake is still on then clicks, drops and is fine.

Any ideas?

    Cheers guys.

    +2 on sticky calipers, quite a common fault.

    + however many it is now.

    Time to break out the brake cleaner and toothbrush.
