I've got the whistle until warm too. Very, very annoying!

Got this noise sorted at the weekend, no idea as to what the exact issue was though lol

 

I took all the pipework off, used hairspray in each joint (was recommended by a friend) and put some sealant around the sensor.

 

All put back together, quick test drive and noise gone
