0% finance

Featured Replies

Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but thought I'd bring it up in case it hadn't been. It looks like as of this week you can now pick up the Yeti on the 0% solutions finance (http://www.skoda.co.uk/models/YetiE/finance-offers/default)

I only thought to look because my dealer had trouble completing the paperwork on mine because of it going in this week.

Maybe a sign of the coming apocalypse facelift?

Yes I spotted that the other day Steve. It includes the 3 year free servicing also.

I don't know if I'll be able to take that offer or the previous quarter offer (when I placed the order).

I will chat to the dealer about the optons I have.

Hey Marie, on collection my dealer told me it would apply to new orders only and that his Part Ex offer would have been much less generous on the new finance package. But I wouldn't entirely trust his word to be honest after the 12-speaker incident! So I'd definitely see if there's any movement if you can.

He actually had to ring up HQ to allow him temporary access to recalculate my finance based on the latest settlement figure on the old finance package, so it was definitely suspect!

It's not a sign of the upcoming facelift.

For several years now Skoda has had various offers on which varied per model with inclusions/exclusions on certain spec levels.

ie, Fabia VAT Free, not including 1.2 69PS SE model.  0% APR avaiable, but only on Scout and Elegance etc...

Imagine thsi over several different models and it was just too confusing for customers and sales staff that had to remember it all.

They have now dropped these model specific options, other than one or two "Special Editions" like the Fabia Monte Carlo Tech that has a set purchase price.

They have moved over to a brand wide offer now which is much simpler.

This is why you can now get the Yeti on 0% APR.

It's made the Yeti a bit cheaper to buy if you don't have the cash and some other models more expensive.

My dealer told me way back that we could see what offers were there and use the then current one or whatever new one was out when the car arrived.

I'm not that keen on pcp's to be honest (been there, done that in the past) but at 0% it has to be looked at. I think my part ex deposit is possibly too high for it though as they have a 30% max.

But it keeps the Yeti's resale values high as thankfully they never did the VAT free deals on the Yeti.  See my comments on that here in another thread.
