Skoda fabia Elegance

Featured Replies

Hi guys, new to this.

I'm just wondering I'm thinking about buying a skoda fabia elegance tdi but on looking at the 1.4 and 1.9 models they have the same bhp? Why's this and also getting quotes on insurance the 1.4 model is more?

I think you may have confused the 1.9TDi with the 1.9SDi. 1.4 TDi is 69 or 75 PS depending on the engine (BNM or AMF). 1.9 SDi is 64 PS. 1.9TDi is 100 PS.

Ah right? Because on ebay and auto trader on many of the 1.4tdi's it's says something like "skoda fabia 1.4 (100hp)"?

Hello, good evening and welcome :hi:

you sure they're 1.4TDi's? The petrol 1.4 16Valve is 100HP. 1.4 TDi is nothing like 100 HP

you got a link for one of these 100 HP 1.4 TDi's?

Hi guys, I'm thinking about buying a slide fabia for my first car got about just over 1000 to spend on the car any recommendations looking for a bit if speed

I would have thought for that kind of money the only speed you will get comes from a street corner dealer.  A 'sporty' car for that price will be a demic/ shed/ munter call it what you will and will cost far more in the long run.
