Replaced CV joints and still grinding/knocking turning under accelleration

Featured Replies

As the title says, I have changed the CV's and my car is still making a grinding/knocking sound when turning left under acceleration. Can anyone think what else may be the issue as I am stumped?

Where about does it sound like its coming from?

did you change the wheel bearings, or just the CV joints?

Grinding sounds like a bearing gone, esp if its when turning.

if its  a knock, that would something in the suspension imo..

Check to see the right hand engine mounting is lined up correctly.

Track rod end balljoints, or inner track rod end perhaps.
