2013 Octavia steering wheel in Superb II

Featured Replies

Hi

Check out the following video:

Guy says all buttons work, no indication of lights working as well tho. Anyone have any experience in fitting this awesome steering wheel in the Superb II ?

oh good job done by him

I'm lost here, what advantage is this steering wheel over the (optional) 3 spoke MFW that's fitted to my Superb?

The paddles & switches work in exactly the same way as the 3 spoke MFW in SWMBO's Octy vRS, only the surface treatment of the leather is different.

Don't see why it wouldn't work. The face lifted Superb2 most likely has the Octy3 wheel anyway.

but sir this is not the facelift version

Slightly different layout to my steering wheel (2011 Superb Elegance) but I guess all the connections are the same. Voice control is a bit hit and miss with my London/Sydney accent :-)

Anyone happen to know where one might pick up this new steering wheel? Through Skoda directly seems rather expensive.

but the pre facelift superbs steering wheel looks good so why you need a change

I like the new one a lot better, in the process of getting new logos all over the car as well :)
