ET51 + ?mm Spacers?

Featured Replies

Morning all. If i were to keep my Zeniths or get something else with an ET51 offset, what width spacers are people using (on a lowered car) to get them sitting a bit flusher?

And any recommendations for good but cheap spacers?

I have read that some are using between 10 & 15mm.

I use 15mm on the rear but none on the front.  Just make sure you buy Hubcentric spacers, watch the for sale section and search Ebay for the best deal

I'm no expert (not into lowering or fitting after-market wheels so have no personal experience) but I think the offset, and therefore how far in/out the wheels appear to sit in the wheelarches also depends on the width of the wheel.  So if you're changing your Zeniths unless you know offset and wheel width you can't tell what spacers you'll need.

The wheels I have my eyes on are the same dimensions as the Zeniths...

Don't forget you will need 12 new bolts and 4 new locking wheel nuts. I have 11mm on front 15mm on back(I think). Looks so much better when lowered springs are fitted.
