Apologies for noob question: which service kit do I need for my '04 VRS?

Is there a difference between pollution and pollen filter?

Pollen filter is just a typo on their part. You could also try to aquire the same parts from TPS or Eurocarparts (use the discount code BRISK25 at the checkout) or carparts4less

Oil as well might come in handy.

Cheers fellas. Was a little confused by the difference in price. Couldn't really see the difference in the two kits, except one is pollen, the other is pollution.

Pollen is a normal paper filter and pollution is an activated carbon filter. If you have AC you should fit the carbon filter.
