France, Warning to drivers travelling tomorrow. 'Do not!'

Featured Replies

Just watching the story on the BBC, & Simon Calder travel expert was on and talking about travelling south tomorrow in France,

his advice was, 'Just do not do it'.

Says due to it being their biggest holiday get away, and predicted mayhem on the Motorways going South,

& also,

Vehicles with more than 9 seats and mostly passengers under 18, you are not getting to travel on the Motorways.

on the 3rd August 2013

No doubt there will be stuff online to check yourself.

Is that travelling to the south of France or just travelling south in general towards France?

.........and people don't understand why we hate the French

( that doesn't include any French members or anyone who looks French but isn't  and anyone with French relatives or their  partner is French, cos we Love you  and anyone who likes Garlic   )

It sounds like South Travelling will be the problem tomorrow.

but gridlock is gridlock if you are in the area where it happens.

Only flagging up what i watched, no idea of the ins and outs of it really.

Best check yourself if travelling through France this Weekend,

or when the Holiday Break ends and the French head home.

It's to do with the French holidays, for some reason they all go away for the first two weeks in Augest, that's why holidays in France are cheaper the last two weeks.
