Had my front panel painted last year so removed stickers and thick my aircon could do with a regas but have no idea how much gas it takes.

I did get some new stickers but put them in a safe place and now carnt find them and handbook doesnt say?

I just did mine yesterday, took a fair bit! First time round it got cold but didn't last, so tried again, holding can upside down, and kept putting in until the pressure gauge went up a bit. If you are using a pressure gauge, mine never even reached 35psi but its working fine now.

How do you actually do it? Mine needs regassing badly.

You can buy cans to do it but Id sooner spend the £30-40 quid and get a garage to hook it up to a proper machine.

The kit is just a can of air con gas stuff and a screw on trigger valve with a gauge on it. You just snap the valve on to the air con inlet which is right at front of engine bay near the radiator. There are step by step instructions on the can, very easy and effective.
