Anyone else ever do this just for the hell of it?

I drove around everywhere yesterday, all around northumberland and county durham, some excellent scenery, good weather, and good roads, which were free from numpties. I was hardly driving slowly either, and yet the Golfs returning 35 mpg, so its runnin pretty well

I sure have - problem is I run out of cash faster than out of fuel, hehe

I have been known to go on random drives just for the hell of it - but a whole tank of petrol :eek: :eek: . Must have been 350 miles or so
