2 or 3 times I have thought I have stalled the Yeti ( wrong gear starting off)but each time it recovered giving the impression of restarting by itself .

Today when I am 99% certain the engine stalled , it sounded like a restart when I depressed the clutch.

Is this a feature of the Stop/Start option fitted to my Greenline model ?

OK you can type faster than me   

Both my old Fabia Greenline and my current Octavia restart themselves if you stall them.

Okay so , just to confirm , one of the (undocumented) features of the Stop/Start system is that it recovers from a stall automatically on depressing the clutch ?

I take it the manual doesnt tell you this, which isnt actually much of a surprise, as its worse than a 1970s datsun manual for translation.
