Got some new (well part worn) tyres fitted today as my two fronts were bold and the chunky rears were running if i had passengers in the back.
And also decided to treat the dirty b****h to a wash looks a million times better love how she shines after a wash

They are BBS RX226 16x7 ET35 5x100 with 205/45r16 tyres fitted

are they the split rims?

No mate there one piece

ahhh they look the same as the rx2's that were on the 20th and 25th anniversary golf gtis

They do look pretty similar to them don't they

still look good though

All this arrived today

 

 

Some hose covers for all the hoses and wires in the engine bay to tidy it up a bit

Some red lego piece dust caps, il always be a kid at heart haha

And some Gtechniq C4 trim restorer to restore all the black plastics on the car as they've all gone grey will have a bash at it tomorrow and get back with results but alls ive heard is good reviews for this stuff

Had to change wishbones on Wednesday as they was a very bad banging noise when setting off and braking looked underneath and there was a serious amount of play going on. As you can see they were a bit f**ked haha

 

 

 

 

Also decided whilst it was up in air to wind the front coils all the way down still dosent sit level with the rear tho :( looks better than before anyway

Took a quick snap at work this morning next to my mates monte love the monte on that colour and love the estate aswell very highly jealous of him haha

You can kinda see how low mine is here considering on standard suspension my fabia would have sat about 15mm higher than the monte I didn't realise how low mine actually looked haha

Started to try cleaning my rear seats, they were bloody filthy. As you can see...

 

 

Managed to get rid of the majority of the much and stains with my eBay special hand held steam cleaner seems to work a treat just can't get them mint :( anybody any ideas or tips? As you can see they are much more cleaner now tho

 

So this will sadly be up for sale soon as i find a decent car to buy. Be sad to see the little beast go, surprised at how reliable and great the car has been over the last 3 and half years will be putting a for sale ad up as soon as i've got myself a replacement. 

 

How much do you reckon it will be worth? Don't have a clue what price to stick it up for? BBS's will be staying with me though haha

Found myself a nice mk4 golf tdi so this is now in the for sale section. Be sad to see this go :(
