Electric Window Oddity!

Featured Replies

When i press the unlock button on my remote and hold it, all four windows open  (bloomin obvious you're all thinking) !!

When i press the lock button and hold it, three of the windows close except for the nearside rear window which then has to be closed via the switch (its own switch or the drivers cluster)

Anyone have any idea why that window thinks that closing is not a good idea ?? Have tried it several times and still refuses to close when using the remote.

Could it be you need to manually reset the one touch for that window? i.e. fully lower the window and then press and hold the button down for a few seconds and then fully close the window and hold the button up for a few seconds.

Thats what i thought originally. I mis-read the instructions in another thread and it didn't work....just re-read instructions and lo-and-behold its working again.

(note to self: DONT SKIM READ INSTRUCTIONS)
