Already had the stage 1 remap with Shark and im very impressed.

 

I have now bought a Darkside FMIC which will be fitted shortly, and new on the shopping list is a Hybrid turbo, What does everyone recommend on getting?

 

Also what bhp/torque will like be looking at after the mods and remap?

I'm going for a PD150 hybrid.

I would also add to your shopping list an EGR delete, bigger brakes, decent tyres, clutch and suspension

think I saw your fabia up USC the weekend mate. Is the EGR delete kit any good/worth while? I'll definitely do the breaks, tyres is on the TOP of the list cause mine understeers like a bitch in the wet hence the £750 bill im at to repair the damage to saying hello to a mud verge -.- Clutch I will do when it goes pretty simple to do, and suspension ive been thinking about coilovers but not to sure cause I could go with gas shocks.

If you want to make the car look nice I wouldn't advise shocks as springs as they only lower the car 25mm which realistically you can't really see lol.... Have you looked at the darkside budget GTB kits? Worth a look into them if you haven't.

if i was going to hybrid a car, i'd do everything first then the turbo and map, then you'll be ready

in that order, thats from stage 1, and that is my plan, Stage 1 map, then the above

Ouch costly bill! I think the EGR delete is worth it as makes everything much cleaner.

Was that the Monaro running up and down the strip? I was looking at the Monaro when I popped back to the car

It's got a wide mouth grill mate and some black powder coated mesh from Poland glued in then the mini plate. Just with the FMIC was a bit more on show :P

yeah it was, my mate drove it down (its not his car) and it literally wouldn't go into 3rd so he went 1st 2nd 5th lol, and still managed at 14second run. That thing is ridiculous tho, I would like to see its owner take it down the strip. Oh nice work but, I'm at 165bhp atm with the shark performance remap, have to get hybrid soon

I seen him run down twice towards the end of the day, I was gutted the second time when he was having issues because it looked seriously quick and considering he was in 5th it went bloody well!

Have you had yours dynod? I've got a shark map on mine too but added exhaust and FMIC after so they won't really make much difference.

Question regarding a hybrid pd150, what the difference in the stage 1 and 2? Looking at drive ability?

Dan - yeah it is seriously quick lol, just gutted for my mate he had issues. It has an Aston Martin gear box in it which is very precise I can imagine.

Na I like in Somerset so its a bit of a mission to go to shark, but I did it online and they sent me the STS box and I sent my map to them and they changed it for me and sent it via email. Ive got my FMIC now so just got to fit it this weekend and hopefully get it mapped on the dyno sometime
