I saw this thread and decided to fit one myself.

The part numbers are the same and the total cost for the box, screws and the clips was £16.02 inc VAT. Skoda have 9 left in stock in the UK and my dealer managed to get it in next day.

A few tips to bring the fitting time down to 10 minutes without losing skin from your fingers or removing the seat. For the rearmost two screws, cut slots into the plastic box so the box can be slid onto the screws whilst in situ. Put the expanding plugs into the holes and insert the screws 3/4 of the way in. For the front two screws, put them through the holes in the box and put a small piece of Blutack around the threads to stop it falling out. You can then push the box onto the rearmost screws and the front screws line up perfectly with the holes. Hardest part is locating the screwdriver into the screw heads.

I should have taken a picture really but didn't have much time. I hope the explanation is clear.
