Doing it the first weekend of November could mean missing any firework do.

So would not be staying over.

    I could put on a firework do (being qualified to do so :) ). But beginning of November is a no for me as I normally have 5-6 firework displays to fire

    Please be honest, if you cant make it or don't want to... don't vote

     

    I will make myself available any date the majority chooses as Im committed to this...or is it I should be committed!?!  :D

    Unfortunately that day seems like its not going to be popular with the masses (would be ideal for me as the hotel stop coincides with SWMBO's B/day)

    Coventry sounds ideal to me, less than an hour away.

    Seems pretty central to most people on the list fella

    Only 5 have voted on the date upto now though

    This is harder than I thought trying to get us all together

    Might be a next year thing at this rate, if at all :(

    You never know, it could be so far away the Citigogo is actually finished! :D

    am i right in saying that so far it is planned to be in Coventry? at a hotel?

    Coventry sounds like a decent compromise for northerners and southerners IMO

    And like I said, I know a good hotel if anyone wanted to stop on the Saturday before the meet

    Nothings set in stone as such, as only 7 on the list have voted
