*SOLD* Lenovo Ideapad S12 3GB Ram 120GB SSD nVidia ION 12.1" Netbook

Featured Replies

Hey folks.

The specs are:

Intel Atom N270 CPU (single core but hyperthreaded)

3GB Ram

120GB SSD drive (it's a HP one with about 200mb/s read and 80mb/s write)

NVidia ION dedicated graphics chip (will do 1080p videos without breaking a sweat)

12.1" 1280x800 Glossy screen (this has had a screen protector on since I bought it so should be pristine underneath)

Connections:

3x USB

1x Network

1x Headphone

1x Mic

1x HDMI

SD card reader

Has a built in webcam and microphone for Skype etc

Come with Windows 7 Home Premium license and will have a fresh install without all the Lenovo bloatware.

Bad bits:

Intermittent backlight problem- now and then every other LED goes out on the bottom of the display. Creates some dark patches but still usable. It can go weeks without doing it then will have a Speight of a couple of days then stop again.

The two hinge covers don't click in properly. No chance of them coming off but they look a little wonky.

A few light marks on the plastic bezel round the screen but only very light from cleaning.

Some wear to the keys (they look shiny where you can see they have been pressed etc)

A few other minor marks here and there but well looked after.

Some good bits:

The back of the screen has had a sticker on it since new so it is absolutely flawless underneath.

The trackpad and palm rests have also had stickers on for quite a long time so there is only minor wear to the trackpad (about 3 months worth of use).

Comes with:

Original box

Original charger

Original battery (good for about 3 hours)

Extended battery (sticks out a bit more but good for about 6 hours)

Bought it about 4 years ago and it's been a trusty little laptop. One advantage being that it has NVidia ION graphics so will handle 1080p video which most other netbooks can't.

Collection from York preferred but could deliver at a cost.

Pics to follow once I get my phone back from repair.

£80
