Best spark plugs

Featured Replies

Guys a quickie

Whats best spark plugs for my vrs :)

I got a used set you can have!

They're not stock ones...let me go see!

Spark Plugs - These Ones!

NGK BKR7E.

I asked the same question and was told these are a good replacement but needed replacing every 10k or yearly, happy doing that at £8 a set.

Its his 4 yearly service

I was just collecting stuff up that will reduce the price on the day

Wont be changed for another 4 :D

Don't get the copper ones then!

If you want the best plugs for your car, then you prob wont get better than Denso Iridium IK20's.

I use them in my modified (low mileage) vRS and change them every 4 years which for my car is <5K and they come out looking like brand new, even the electrode gap doesn't alter.

Only down side they are a bit expensive.

I had denso Ik20s in mine,I was a bit late changing mine(they covered 60k oops)but as above came out looking new and working fine, changed them for OEM plugs as recommended by my tuner,I'll see how these last :)

So oem is NGK PFR6Q

Bonkers IRIDIUM IK20s

The copper ones will be fine for Lloyd, they don't go off, and it will take him 7 years to do 10k anyway.

Had the BKR7E in for a couple of years without touching em, no problems at all.
