As i have just found out diving 2 miles through 2 foot of water. Felt sorry for the 30 odd cars i seen broke down that i passed 

Wouldn't have done that in a chance, could easily of been sucked up through the intercooler or anything.

Risky but glad it's ok

Bmw and others are low in the wheel arches and beside fog lights, fail.

I've just been reading and looking at pics of the flooding on Facebook. I heard you couldn't get in or out of Redcar as all the roads were flooded. Obviously you were able to.

 

For me, driving home on the Moor road, Gringle to Guisborough, was fun too, I've never seen rain like it! At one point the road was flooded on the TOP of a hill! However my 'Rain' Tyres lived up to their name and got through it and were great.
