Well heres my Octavia got her last thursday so no plans as of yet (mainly lack of research) just going to enjoy her as she is for now only modification i can tell so far is evolution motorsport induction kit

So have a few plans now:

• Source a better induction/air intake as im gaining quite abit of heatsoak.
• Vinyl Wrap the roof colour anthracite or similar
• Milltek cat back (only need the center pipe)
• Source and paint an engine cover (not sure if the tsi cover will fit tfsi engine?)

Any pointers advice etc is all welcome

Looks like you got front parking sensors at some point too....and those "wheels". Other than that, it's a nice car.

Well eventually sourced this on Amazon with the help of some kind members on here thanks Milotec bumper grille, the plastics need painted and then will have ago at fitting (fingers crossed all goes well)

 

 

Also got Wind deflectors fitted

well the bumper insert and grill got painted went for gloss black on the grill and also got the new style badges fitted pics below and the before and after

well just found out from MOT it has a full 3" turbo back resonated Milltek system on.. bonus saves me some money but I am now looking at air ride systems if anyone can recommend any decent places with decent prices

Dude, did you get an answer on if the tsi engine cover would fit?

 

I purchased one but the mounting point or not quite the same.

Nice car! I wish the yellow one were a bit more common I'd have quite happily shown my wild side and gone for a yellow car this time around!

I heard the tsi one needs abit work to fit I decided against getting a cover cant get one cheap enough and it would only be for show as the engines run hot anyway even before mapping them.

Yeah the ouch moment was in the form of a blue pallet running into it, wasnt caught on camera so no proof of delivery driver doing it :( now have my mind set on a splitter just stuck between a choice of 2

Well there has been a few updates I fitted a Cupra R splitter which was a ball ache to get lined up, I have also had the roof wrapped gloss black and I have bought a Golf R intercooler (not yet fitted).

Oh and because I am a pratt! I have also added to the shopping list.

• Wheels need refurbed due to alloy gators trapping water and causing corrosion and bubbling
• Rear bumper need sprayed
• Whole front end need sprayed due to amount of stone chips
• Source and fit Intercooler pipes
• Fit PCV and a revision G DV
• Replace charcoal canister
• Book Remap with R-tech
