What you expecting from it? More into the 300?

If its over 300 without nitrous, I'll be chuffed.  Sounds like it should be to me.

Looking forward to using launch control as if it does it right, it could knock some good time off my quarter miles, traction permitting.

Cool.

Santa pod soon?

GTI Festival October 13th sounds like a plan maybe

2.7 bar lmao only twice the amount of a stock pd130.

I'm interested to play with my left foot braking at oulton park. I'm sure i haven't got the skill required :(

its skill that comes with practice.

but last time I LFB in an auto, the mrs nearly went through the window lol you can say I went for the clutch :|

I tried lfb a few times, it's alright if you want to brake hard. I recently started rev matching when changing down gears

I can't believe Jason's fabia though! I hope the new map is as awesome as it sounds!

I'm looking forward to seeing it at oulton park. Not seen it for a few years.

Come to any conclusions regarding the i/c piping? I'd have thought i/c cold side might be better a tad larger than 2". Though I don't know the size of the inlet to the inlet manifold, nor the EGR delete. I had some formula tucked away giving sizes and reduction in potential power (or was that flow?!?) due to 90 degree bends etc. Something like -5% for every 90 degrees.

J.

Theirs a good thread on tdiclub.com about it.

I think launch control isnt a good thing. Its a set RPM so you cant change it for different gear launching (1st, 2nd) nor surface.... aka road, pod, brunts

Yeah more a gimick

Mine will have launch control on Saturday. Not sure I'll ever use it probably more of a gimmick. Can always get it removed.

When is Jason at Oulton Park I wouldnt mind coming along just to see this car?

I hope this does 300+ no NOS. would be awesome

My mate has a little notebook with vag com and he has two maps set in the ecu so swaps between normal and launch when he wants really, well after he waits for the computer load.

Yeah that's probably the best option to have a dual map setup. Only takes a minute in VCDS to change engine blocks.

^ Live switchable map FTW ;)

In theory I could upload any of my maps in a couple of minutes off my netbook.
