Featured Replies

Just had a scan and here are the results.

Air flow flap has already been disconnected to stop the clicking so not worried about that.

What should the max boost pressure be on a DNA stage 1?

Just done a quick Google.

A lot of threads seem to point towards N75 or associated hoses.

I've got a spare one from an AGU IIRC.

May be of some help to you !!

I know I have a leak at the crank vent as it is split,  got a new one to go on but not got around to fitting it yet..

just did block 32 and they are as follows:

Group A: '032

Adaptation (Idle) 2.8

Adaptation (Partial)   -10.2

from memory the positive 2.8 at idle signifies the vac leak from the crank breather and the negative 10.2 indicates a boost leak :(  still hits 20PSI though????)  must get around to fitting the TT IC's and pipework as that joint behind the block is a pain in the rear to get at.

Negative means its cutting fuel as its running rich. Could be a knock on from the split. Plus the over boost could be from a leak that the turbo is trying to compensate for and its overboosted whilst trying.

I'd fix the crank breather first and go from there.

Its only a ten minute job normally although you got the spiders web over the top iirc :o

no the spiders web (lpg) is above the manifold, just have to get hold of a dipstick before attempting it (just in case :D) might have to clean out the check valve again though as its been on for 60K+

so would I be right in thinking that I have a problem with my CCU :D

Any takers?

New CCU needed? or something in the door?

I would check the wiring in the door, between the door and body and the connector behind the bonnet pull first.
