I'll be further down the order this time...  think I've been well and truely knocked out of number 2 spot.

Probably a good thing as it tends to mean starting near the back on track!

8.  Great.  My lucky number.

I just bought the reg number "8 RDW" and at work I recently won the bonus ball with my choice of number 8.

How spooky is that! :giggle:

Hang on, does this decide starting grid position?

No, first come, nearer the front.

I usually get distracted and get there a bit late and have to overtake people once on track... ;)

There is no "order" - you go up and you go on.  You don't get less track time from the back as in theory you should be the last person through the chequered flag when the time is up.

Logically you get more time from the front if you are quick.

There is a time limit and if you get round quick enough you may be able to squeeze an extra lap in before the chequered flag is waved.

When I was in the front in the yellow beastie I got more laps than I've ever got before. :giggle:

(non-brisky session)

Jason you had the email for all the changes? If you have a 21-40 car stand you need to pay £240 to book a plot. I can get you a copy of the email if you haven't got it. Also they are talking of cheaper track time. This could cause some issues with some clubs I think.

I am not aware of any changes and I am assuming the deal I had for stand & track last time will stand this time too. :)  I am in contact with them anyway,

Just checked and for 40 cars, it's only £6 per spot if filled - That's including admission into the venue,

I am hoping they do their usual thing of letting me book the two sessions as usual + extras @ £12 each.

Yer thats it jase. On the email it was about people booking large spots turning up with say 5 cars so this way will guarantee numbers and the appropriate size spot as some larger clubs where crammed in to small spots even though stating there where 30 odd cars. Be a good thing for big clubs but not sure on the smaller ones. Brisk as never seemed to have an issue from what ive seen anyway.

Any idea on which two track sessions yet?

I'll probably fit another couple around the Brisky ones.

Problem for me is booking XX for £YY and ensuring the cost is fairly split and I am not out of pocket (my biggest concern) - Having a package to fill and simply paying extras @ £12 up to the closing date makes it a lot less stressful on me.

No idea on track times but I have for similar to last time so likely to be say a 10.30 and 11.30 or along those lines.  Sounds like they're sorting out tracktime in the new year.

The 240 has to be payed my january aswell doesnt it?

Depends if Maria there will be sweet as usual and let me do the same as last time :D

I might have £240 in the pot by the end of Jan - we shall see.  Already got >£100 just from this evening.
