opinions on fitted sat nav please?

Worked for me in Firefox too.  Just need to remember the sequence Ctl (C,T,V) for next time.

It does work for me in FF, even with my old xp clunker. 

For me and the way I sit and surf, ie slouching, using the mouse is quicker than the keyboard shortcuts.  When I was on a very different platform, almost everything was best done via the keyboard.  Over the last twenty years, being forced to use various MS OS at work, I just don't think that way any longer.   I do still use the cut/copy/paste via keyboard, the mouse version seems very clumsy.   Probably others too, which I don't even think about, but notice in others.

The CAD software I have pretty much forces a "hands on keyboard" approach, so horses for courses.

 

I guess the same arguments can be made about using a satnav.  What is intuitive for one may not work for the next.  (vaguely back towards the topic).

So true.  Personally, I like mice and buttons.  Using the keyboard means me having to put my tea down :coffee:  :think:

Unless you have a Mac, where you just double click the word, right click and select "Look up".
