How do you load POI's to a 2013 columbus system, there is a field My Personal POI, but this is greyed out. the manual is worse than usless but appears to say you load from SD card, what format do you use OV2, CSV or ????

Do I assume that POI means `Point Of Interest`?

If so, what is the difference between that and a `Destination`?
