Just a quick question, my partner phoned up regarding a change of car to a Octavia vRS. She gave the reg, engine size and model and the woman on the phone said its a "rs". My partner told the woman it says vrs on the car only to be told that's a modification then?!

We have all our cars insured with you and have always had top service so maybe we just copped someone a bit half asleep or something. My Mrs did explain that its stock, the badging is standard

but the woman was having none of it.
