Today I filled my car up from a pretty low level (20 miles on computer) but the fuel gauge is taking ages (over 2 hours) to go up!?
Also my power steering started to judder and vibrate on a fairly hard lock..not through the steering wheel but through sounded like from under the car. 
Also on full lock the power steering feels like it's cut out?
Are these related? What's going on!?

Could be battery I guess? Lights don't dim or anything..but magic eye on battery is black

I went to the same spot in a carpark where it made the noise and it did it again..can't recreate it in another car and can't recreate it on full lock anywhere else.

Checked power steering level it's fine...Could it be cv joint?
