Has anyone bought one in Yellow?

Seen my first one in the flesh today, certainly not the colour to choose if shy.

 

Loved the Monte Carlo in Silver.

I was very close to having a yellow one, mainly for when the girlfriend drives it she would look super sexy but I chose corrida red instead

I nearly bought a yellow one but they where asking too much for it so went red instead lol. Might get a yellow estate next if they do such a thing?

Get the yellow one. Mines not the Vrs but I get compliments every where I go. Or are they just being polite?

 

No honestly I bought the yellow one as it was the only 1.2 Tsi DSG in Elegance spec (used) I could find locally so I went for it. I wouldn't have chosen yellow but I really like it now. Great to polish and stays really clean.

IMO yellow can look OK on certain cars but you can bet the dealers knock off at least £500 on p/ex when you sell.

I spotted the one in the vRS Review & photo Section, (page 24), with Yellow Brake Calipers.

I see Chris Evans is asking owners of yellow cars to send pics into his Radio 2 website. Using the phrase "we love your yellow wheels"  Won't be long before they are all the rage or 'cool' in today's parlance  :love:   .

The citigo did indeed replace the wife's Vrs but it was Race Blue.

 

She said she would never have a Yellow car but she loves the Citigo in Yellow
