I am currently in the process of fitting TT arms ( the rocking horse turd pre recall ones), hub carriers, rack so am going to fully freshen the front end but been looking at all the polly bush company's out there and trying to see what others use. Been looking at powerflex and considered the black series over it's standard range but as want my VRS to be predominantly a daily think these could be a tad harsh. But a friend of mine is a ex Fabia boy and said he run super pro bushes and was good on road and the occasional track day. But would like to see what you occy boys think

Harshness with steering and arm bushes isn't really going to be an issue. Many guys on here have been unhappy with Powerflex though, and been very happy with Superpro. I've only ever tried Superpro's on the MkIV Golf platform though, so I can't advise, other than the Superpro's are great.

Not harsh at all, just remove the slop.

 

The bit that is harsh on mine, is the crappy non-progressive vRS suspension, which is both stiff, and yet bottoms out too easily.

Mine is fully superpro'd apart from the strut top bushs as superpro don't do them and am very happy with them,

 

Also got full TT/R32 front end setup

What top mounts? I am currently using Leon cupra r ones

Powerflex, think there about 25 quid

Thought about them but my mate had some and they were noisy as in squeaked when steering

Super pro all round on mine apart from Suspension top mounts which are polybush ones from creation motorsport

 

Have the castor increase bushes in the TT wishbones

 

If you have the TT arms pre recall then you are dam lucky and i would say no way "turd" as best ones to get for real handling feel. They were only removed and recall'd coz numpties complained about  the TT about handling who could not drive the car properly..

 

Folks with post recall arms even go as far as fitting "defcon" bushes in them to make them as per "pre recall" arms    

Not saying they are turd said they are like rocking horse turd I know how rare these are and got them at a bargain. I see that but before I got these I was looking at the 45mm ones and found just a solid bush from a company called verdict motorsports so no need for inserts. Well by the sounds of it from you guys super pro seem to be a good route but still unsure on the top mounts from poly bush companys might stick to oe for now
